2-9 Reverse Engineering the Perfect Practice with George Hariri

In this episode of the Shared Practices Podcast I introduce my new Co-host, George Hariri, to the show. We talk about demographics and how to apply them for the practice purchase. We dive into how to know when demographics for an acquisition are important. How to assess the external growth opportunities in an area. Then George blows me away with the method he used to reverse engineer finding his ideal practice starting with demographics.
