Dr. Low graduated dental school from Midwestern University-Arizona in 2015 with the Army HPSP scholarship. He went on to complete a 2-year AEGD residency at Ft. Hood, TX where he started Shared Practices as a resource to help young dentists get into practice ownership. He now lives in Brownsburg, IN with his wife, Christine, and two daughters.
George's story is the cornerstone of SP's philosophy. Though he suffered many of the trials through practice ownership as a new grad, he was able to grow a 1.2MM dollar practice by 40% within his first year by applying industry standard tactics he had fervently studied as a dental student. However, through the meticulous study of the metrics within his practice, he found innovative ways to grow his practice that had never been elaborated on in the industry. Through applying these principles—many of which were an affront to traditional advice—his practice doubled in his second year of ownership. He had accomplished what few manage to do in decades of ownership, all while flying in the face of the knowledge he had worked ardently to acquire. Thus, a new method for strategic growth known as analytics-based practice management was born.
Today, he has a new vision. he has redoubled his passion for practice ownership and management, and seeks to equip a new generation of dentists with the power of analytics and the willingness to achieve what they truly want in life. Dr. Hariri lives in Phoenix, AZ with his fiancè and 4 children.
Matt joined SP in 2019 after growing his dental practice to be amongst the highest producing solo doctor offices in the country. He believes strongly that a dentist’s mindset and leadership skills are the biggest drivers of success as an owner. He is also a trained life and leadership coach through accomplishment Coaching. He was born and bred Bostonian, but currently resides in Westchester County, NY with his wife, Ellen, and fur baby, Sadie.
